Bob, Blackout Box

Blackout has proven to be a powerful tool on set. Over the years it has kept on evolving and brought us many new attributes, first came the fader page and later the encoders and liveplot. A core feature is the ability to use midi controlers, upgrading the humble iPad application into a true little light console.

You bought additional universes, Midi ouput and the LivePlot with DMX input routing.
Afterwards you got a big midi controller, streamdeck, some usb hub, cables, chargers and a milk crate to lug everything around. You love the gear but it takes you an additional 20 minutes each morning to setup and you pray it works every time.

Bob has connections

You'll come across many situations on set, Bob has connections for every single one of them.

On the back we've installed a RJ45 port, a 12v output, a USB-C port and a PowerCon Input/Output Combination.
The top plate has an optional USB C connection.

Bob is equipped with 3/8 inch threaded mounts. Two on the left and right side and one on the bottom as to screw on the stand adapter.
